The general terms and conditions of sale apply between thecorefuel.eu customers (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of thecorefuel.eu, The Core Fuel OÜ (hereinafter thecorefuel.eu).
The general conditions of sale are in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia. It is based on the product information, price list and purchase information of www.thecorefuel.eu.
Changes to the sales and price list take effect when they are published in the thecorefuel.eu store. If the Customer submitted his order before the change in terms and conditions came into effect, the previous terms and conditions of the order shall apply to the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law or in the terms and conditions of sale.
The Merchant is the responsible processor of personal data, the Merchant transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
By placing an order in the thecorefuel.eu store, the Customer confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.
Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via the bank link.
The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store’s current account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Price list
The prices of the products sold in the Nolimit.ee online store include 22% VAT and are given in euros, and do not include delivery costs.
For delivery costs, the Customer can choose the postal service provider that suits him when completing the purchase. The postage prices include VAT.
Delivery and handover of products
Delivery time within Estonia is 1-4 days
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Nolimit.ee uses either DPD or Omniva parcel service for the delivery of goods. The customer has the opportunity to choose which service of the aforementioned service partner he uses.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-4 working days from the receipt of the order.
Product return
If the product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, the customer has the right to return it within 14 days after receiving the product. In this case, the customer pays the postage. The returned product must be undamaged, in the original packaging and unused. The money will be returned to the customer within 14 days after returning the goods to the thecorefuel.eu warehouse.

According to the Debt Law Act, the Customer has the right to file a claim within 2 years.

The right to file a claim
Thecorefuel.eu is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a deficiency that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item. It is the responsibility of nolimit.ee to refute the corresponding assumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@thecorefuel.eu
Nolimit.ee is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the purchased item has defects for which nolimit.ee is responsible, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective item. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
Thecorefuel.eu responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has claims regarding nolimit.ee, they must be sent to info@thecorefuel.eu
If the buyer and nolimit.ee cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and nolimit.ee. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union .

Matters not regulated in these conditions are guided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and the legislation regulating the relations between the parties.
