Nitrate Shot / Beet Juice containing 500mg of nitrate for enhanced blood flow.
U Nitrate is a concentrated beetroot shot that contains 500mg of nitrate (8mmol). We’ve increased the nitrate content in U Nitrate from the 400mg found in several other products to 500mg, a 25% increase. If your VO2max is 60ml/kg/min or lower, 500mg (8mmol) should be sufficient. For those with an oxygen uptake higher than 60ml/kg/min, we recommend taking 2 shots (see usage instructions).
