U Recover is our 100% vegan recovery drink with a smooth, soft taste of chocolate or vanilla (or vanilla/chocolate if you’re in the mood for a 50/50 mix).

The protein in U Recover is based on Soy Protein Isolate + BCAA, providing the same complete amino acid profile as whey protein, considered the “golden standard” for optimal protein. We don’t compromise on quality and perfection in product development.

The carbohydrate source is maltodextrin, which replenishes your muscles with new muscle glycogen. Lastly, a full dose (3 scoops) of U Recover also contains salt equivalent to what you lose in 500ml of sweat. In summary, just U Recover is enough before you aim for a proper meal.

Try to ensure you eat a balanced meal as soon as possible after finishing your session. U Recover is best taken within 30 minutes after your session.
